5/ Không kê khai tính thuế nhà thầu đối với các trường hợp sử dụng dịch vụ do bên nước ngoài
cung cấp (Google, FB, Booking…)
6/ Thanh toán các hóa đơn từ 20 triệu đồng bằng tiền mặt
7/ Số dư tiền mặt lớn, tồn ảo trong khi công ty phát sinh chi phí lãi vay
8/ Không xuất hóa đơn trong trường hợp nhận tiền ứng trước đối với lĩnh vực dịch vụ, bất động
sản.
9/ Không vốn hóa chi phí lãi vay đối với khoản vay phục vụ cho hoạt động đầu tư
10/ Không sử dụng mẫu tờ khai thuế GTGT mẫu 02 đối với VAT của dự án đầu tư
11/ Thuê nhà của cá nhân lớn hơn 100 triệu/ 1 năm mà không có chứng từ nộp thuế môn bài,
TNCN từ người cho thuê -> Chi phí thuê nhà bị loại
12/ Chi phí thuê kho bãi khác tỉnh mã không làm đủ thủ tục đăng ký chi nhánh (Nếu không khéo
xủ lý giải trình)
13/ Các mặt hàng doanh thu bé hơn giá vốn -> Cán bộ thuế lọc ra yêu cầu xuất toán.
Các khoản dư có 331 – Cho các đối tượng nhà cung cấp mà không khợp với thời gian hạn
thanh toán trong hợp đồng (Hay hiểu là quá hạn thanh toán mà vẫn treo dư có 331)
14/ Dư có 131- Không giải trình được khoản tạm ứng sẽ bị xuất truy thu doanh thu và GTGT ghi
nhận thêm nộp phạt.
15/ Chi phi tiền lương mà nhân viên làm việc 2 nơi – Không chứng minh được nhân viên thực sự
làm việc bên mình thì chi phí lương sẽ bị loại.
16/ Chi phí NVL vượt định mức tiêu hao
